By accessing https://My.dwaixup.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. The Service

DWAiXUp provides marketing automation, lead generation tools, and CRM access via a white-labeled instance of AiXUP and GoHighLevel. We reserve the right to modify or terminate service for any reason, without notice, at any time.

2. User Obligations

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not use our lead search tools for illegal spamming or unauthorized data scraping.

3. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of the platform and lead data access.

4. Intellectual Property

The underlying software is owned by its respective providers (AiXUP/GoHighLevel). You are granted a limited license to use the "DWAiXUp" branded interface. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

5. Limitation of Liability

DWAiXUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of lead data or marketing campaign failure.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
